Great guy with a very positive attitude! You can tell he knows exactly what he is doing and knows how to make money and grow a business. 80% winning rate on jobs he bids for and the company. Important points I took away from call is

100AS being retired
20 million revenue for the year is on track
No Dilution at all. No plan on never selling shares
All profits from the company go right back into bidding on more jobs and getting more revenue.
