well, if you place an order to hit the ask at .0047 for less than the amount offered, you may get filled lower, for example right now the ask is at .0047 for 290k shares, if you put in an order to buy all of those shares, or more, you will probably get filled at .0047, if you put in an order for .0047 for less than the 290k shares, you will probably get filled for a lower price, sounds weird but I did earlier - I hit the ask at .0047, but I only bought 100k so I got "filled" as .0036, manipulation at its finest, and im not sure why that happened.
