OK Ladies and Gentlemen, Can one of you that support PLSB and Yates, please explain the lawsuit alleging some form of securities fraud in Hawaii by investors??? I don't know how I never saw it before and WHY IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE LATEST 10 Q FILED BY THE COMPANY??????? This is the smoking gun my friends!!! Not mentioning a lawsuit in your 10Q is going to personally bite them in the Azz in m y opinion, whether proven right or wrong
