Just wanted to take some time to say the irrational "doomsday" sentiment folks are writing me about is totally unwarranted in my humble opinion.

in your "opinion" lol ... a real ceo would have stated that as fact if he had money in the bank....

- We have a team going to Russia this weekend for a demo/installation
another "demo".....yawn!
- more potential acquisition suitors are offering sizeable money for just portions of BVTK
been saying that same stuff for years
- new consumer software coming out shortly,
garbage software nobody wants or needs
- new developments with our SEWP and GSA Schedule 70 IT contract vehicles;
"new developments" roflmao!
- three commercial banks negotiating conventional lines of credit;
been saying that for years
- more and more orders/contracts per day at HelpComm;
helpcomm lost $441,00 in just the 1st 3 months 2018
- our Board recently offered me the voting rights to expedite corporate actions and continued an incentive plan to enhance shareholder value.
yes ...raising the a/s and continued dilution will certainly "enhance" shareholder value
