I guess we'll never know what exactly was out there. The real question would be viability. Even if everything was on the complete up and up, what did cwrn truly have to offer? How did a Bob Cotton type get his hands on it to begin with? Where we disagree is that I don't think it ever was a real operation worthy of the stock exchanges. Perhaps if it was legitimately run, it could have been another c*e type (we've both had or traded it); raising money through conventional means and expanding operations.

Otoh, I personally believe the purity of the ore wasn't as great as portrayed and the only reason the ore was sold, was because it was a perfect storm: high prices and a need to be met. Now that prices are more favorable to buyers, quality becomes an issue and I don't think cwrn has ever had a decent amount of quality ore, and thus the real reason a Bob Cotton owned it, rather than an established company.
