I fully anticipate massive shareholder lawsuits as to every fact points to the absolute disregard by management of shareholder value and their intentional inability to act on behalf of investors. Fail for years, lose massive value, RS, lose massive value, within 6 days, dump most of the new shares at a minimum 78% discount, clearly a failed scam begging to be sued.
