There is the legislation that needs to be voted on and made into law, then the government needs to present official regulations...a date needs to be decided on, in the regs I suppose...that is about it I guess

Right now it is illegal, It would be illegal for Tweed to sell cannabis to the Quebec SAQ right now, it would be illegal for the SAQ to possess any cannabis....so I am not getting my first truly legal smoke in just three weeks from now, that I know
