That's one perspective, I would say he telegraphed he wanted to close by May 31st and that did not materialize. Its not compelling to me personally.

Unless I am missing something, the spread today wont necessarily be the spread in mid 2019 when we would actually be affected by it. They still need to finance and build to be able to profit from the spread. Its great news sure, but they are not in a position to benefit from it. Unless you see an angle I am missing.
