"Solar modules and cells will probably fetch about 15 to 30 percent less than they did for manufacturers last year, according to Goldman." Sounds like that largely negates the 30% tariff.
$100+30% tariff = $130.
$100-30% discount = $70+30% tariff = $91.
$100-15% discount = $85+30% tariff = $110.50.
