Those who use this board do not understand this will wipe out whatever they buy today. I have tried and they just do not understand. Seadrill plans Chapter 11 emergence in first half of July

Seadrill (NYSE:SDRL) says it expects to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the first half of July, at which time the existing Seadrill Ltd. would be wound up and the new company with a reorganized capital structure assumes its name.

SDRL says its plan will result in the equitization of ~$2.3B in unsecured bond obligations, more than $1B in contingent newbuild obligations, substantial unliquidated guaranty obligations, and more than $250M in unsecured interest rate and currency swap claims.
