I guess you could call that premature enthusiasm.

The end result will be the same once financing is announced.

.25 - .50 until institutional investors come in..then over $1.00, imo.

The fact remains that MMEX will be building a CDU/refinery.

Full financing will be announced.

Now is the time to get in...
