There have been days that I have seen this
Security trade 49 shares(LOL) And then other
Days no trade at all.
Most of the shares (Most of the 31000000)
Outstanding are in strong hands and are not
Selling. The company could have filed to cancel
The shares once they sold their business and
Came out of bankruptcy, But they didn't!!!
Also for those that don't know, it takes $$millions$$ to get the Market Makers to represent your stock!!
So there are plans by the majority holders and
Even the old CACHE websight says as much.
