I've been negative this play after the news of a RM with a Nigerian company, but then started to think maybe, just maybe this could be legit to a small degree...

BUT, once the discovery of an IBETO AS issue of 20 BILLION came to light it became apparently clear that this is going to be a blood bath down to probably .05 or even sub .01!!

What's going to happen is whoever it is that holds a large amount of shares (Joe Arcaro) is going to, and has been, DUMPING!!! Once the buying interest dies off, he is going to dump BIG! IE, NOW, because penny retail found out the AS that he wasn't planning on!!

Soon, your going to get a name change, ticker symbol change, and a massive RS that will wipe out everyone here. After the RS to probably $2-$4 dollars is when the big promo campaign will start, and is also when a portion of those 20 Billion shares will start to unwind into retail!! But, whoever owns share here won't benefit from the RS in the least! That's their whole game....why would they want you holding competitive shares to sell when they are the ones wanting to sell!?

No one issues 20 BILLION SHARES FOR NO REASON!!! No wonder Cletus went the route of a Pinky RM rather than a traditional IPO...He's a Billionaire that could EASILY afford to do an IPO after all his BS about being a great buisness man that wants to leave a legacy by providing an opportunity for international investors to get involved!! LMFAO

Man, I really feel bad for all those in this from .60 down to where it is now and finally realizing this is going to plummet.
