Funny thing about time when it comes to the carrot and the stick. The donkey thinks eventually in time she'll get that mmex stick. You know what they say " 3 pieces of bubble in one hand is better then mmex in the other".

In a broad sorts, how much time do you give a company to actually produce before you realize enough is enough. How many stories of very very very very ver and gifted ford trucks and big whales buying at these rock bottom prices? How many missed deadlines and PR firms, how many inexpensive milestones, how many unsubstantiated claims ( by the actual company doing the work, not just a fluff piece by mmex )do you sit through?

You can hire a lawyer, an architect, a doctor, a real estate agent, earth movers, construction companies etc...You can even have contracts but until money changes hands and then signed, they do not mean anything.
