You told this board recently you sold all of your shares some time ago? WHich one is it?

The good Dr. has no track record of business success that I can verify? His cosmetic company is private so no numbers are available.

We know the history of VSPC, it is TERRIBLE! He has been at this for YEARS and it has only gotten worse?

Leopards do not change their spots. He may be a great doc, but he is a very poor business man, at least in terms of managing a public company.

Please note that these are NOT my Opinions, but only the facts. Public companies have to publish results in the light of day. His are worse than BAD!

Complete Failure, and if anyone thinks VSPC is going to have success in the POT business, please take a look at all the other HEMP companies. BAD!
