No doubt that Solomon has a lot to prove, but actually declaring a dividend (and a policy as well) is a good step in the right direction. Now they just have to follow through... Which they HAVE to (although it might be wise to expect delays/messups).
They actually provided some guidance in the CC this time - they expect the earnings to be the same the rest of the year, maybe increasing slightly. Babysteps, but still steps
However EPS will probably go down a lot since OS has increased and is increasing.
