We have heard of the same old thing...over n over again..."Now is the best time to buy" since a drop from $.05s to $.04s...& then @ $.03s...now is the prefect time to buy & wait...and then @ $.02s...Excellent time to avg down...& not many of us would wish for a drop below a penny...& it did happen...SOBs!
