hard to say. did DSGT accelerate the conversion of the note from june 14 to earlier? perhaps these are the shares currently being sold?

if so, it's already converted, or nearly done.

if not, we might see more dilution a week from today.

the reason it may not be converted yet is any selling down to .001 would reset the conversion price before a big run. that note holder would do very well.
