Did you read the part from the June 16th shareholder letter where it outlines specifically what they plan to do? Yes they said no hidden means of dilution. They also said and I quote:

“The company will sell only convertible restricted shares that CANNOT be sold for at least a year.”

This was completely telegraphed months ago. So the shares wont hit the market for a year or two starting from this month. How many here thought they had already sold their convertible restricted shares or were planning to start diluting right away after the RS? How many of you believe you will still be holding this stock a year or more from now when these shares hit the market? If you don’t think you will be holding IPEI till Nov of 07 then who gives a …..?

And anyone who has any knowledge of the film industry knows that the major film festivals and markets ARE where the companies sell their films. That is the point of the film festivals and markets in the first place. The film buyers go and watch all the films they are interested in. It’s the same as any market for any other product.

It is always easier to say that someone should just go and do something when they have no understanding of how the system works. I’ll tell you what Joro, in order to make your money back on IPEI why don’t you just write up a screenplay for a $40 million dollar movie and go sell it to Sony Pictures for a million? Should be no problem. Just go bust your ass and get out there and write it and sell it. If it were easy to just write a script or film a movie and sell it for millions, then everyone would do it. Your suggestions are similar to telling a quarterback to stop messing around and just get a bunch of touchdowns. Much easier said from your keyboard then doing in real life. Try doing some research into the film industry.
