William "aka Free Willy Flea Market Funnel Cake Fingers" Miller is now and always was nothing more than a dumb slob that his longtime friend --the "late Luther Jeffries"-- recruited to front this clown show before he OD'd and went to the great penny scam in the sky.

Luther was a convicted felon so he couldn't make an official return to management. And Eddie is so radioactive that the only way he can get a semi-erection on a ticker is to pretend to resign/ sell/ reverse merge it away. It's clear they were angling to fabricate a grandiose, bogus resume for Miller just as Eddie did with Luther.

In a couple of months it will be a YEAR since the whole "Miller Time" farce began. IMO it's safe to say that whole scam has failed. Make no mistake though, Eddie's little pickled pea-brain still has a pulse.
