If Kosmos had a case against ERHE, they would not be in the London Court of Arbitration FACT!

ERHE canceled and option agreement that would have allowed Kosmos to purchase 100% of block 4. ERHE then returned the Kosoms deposit.

Kosmos contends to the London Court of Arbitration that ERHE canceled the Opition agreement in order to seek a higher price for block 4.

ERHE is in Talks with Total Fina for entrance into block 4 or and outright purchase of the entire block.

Could ERHE be looking for a FREE CARRY in Block 4 from Total?

Only time will tell!
