If Triton insists on that requirement then obviously it won’t work at the current pps.

Penny stock clearing below 0.01 has been getting more difficult of late...I am not surprised Triton included that in the DGTW deal (stock is currently trading at 0.02).

Since they have to sell the stock they are issued within five days to avoid any price risk, ANY issue clearing the stock could be a problem...hence the requirement.
