The CEO found out the hard way what toxic debt can do to a company on the last note that was exercised...thats why he financed this last acquisition out of pocket...he has no interest in additional toxic financing...

No one should take my word for it...read the filings...reach out to the ceo...call the TA...all of what I post can be easily verified
