Interpretations is a big part of trading. I'd rather take things literally as they are disclosed. Suspension of filing not a good sign. This leaves the public in the dark as to status etc. A settlement on horizon makes this even more tricky as CEO may choose to abandoned CMGO and pursue another venture. Pretty precarious gamble here.
