I’m not wrong, Sheppard has been doing the exact same thing for years!!

Look at some of the past 8k’s that are very “very” similar to this one, then review the Q’s to see if a single penny was ever generated from these “deals”

Then looking at these same Q’s take a gander at the massive dilution that occurs after these filings...
