It just means they do not have the additional burden of having to deal with the SEC. Some will think it's a bad thing but really it's still business as usual. I had another one last year that filed one and the price dropped because people got scared. It was trading at .066 then. Today it is trading between 2.50 and 3.00. That's within a year.
