There is another item I did not mention on the list.
Rio Grande does have some PEMF patents pending approval that will fall into ENDV hands if approved.

The biggest one that I'm aware of is the one for MS. I just don't know if ENDV is also wanting to re-engineer that item also. It is pretty interesting.

It was published by the patent office in Feb. Maybe we'll hear something in a few months about the granting of the patent.
I have not taken the time to research the average approval/denial timeframe of PEMF related patents.
