On June 7, 2016, the Company incorporated Stealth Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the State of Wyoming. The subsidiary will be responsible for the Company’s research and development efforts.

On March 1, 2017, the Company set up a limited liability company, Stealthcom Labs BG, as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the country of Bulgaria. This subsidiary will be responsible for the Company’s research and development efforts in Bulgaria.
