Its been public knowledge that MMEX had to raise funds through equity to get this thing rolling. They have done what they had to do to get this far. All of those TOXIC LOANS had a purpose. The purpose was to get us this far. All the Ducks must be a row for this to happen and it takes time. This has been going on since March of last year. That is 18 months and we are on the precipice of finally getting this thing built.
