Man, Mr. Buffett always surprises me by being an actual good guy, it's easy to think he's this money hungry scrooge, but that is not the case. He is calling to end quarterly guidance earnings by companies.

I have worked at a plenty of companies, and have friends' companies that do the same, where right before earnings date there is a lot of number fudging. The company is the one who ends up getting hurt, and the employees for sure.
