So I've been away and found in my mail voting packets. I'm surprised how many pages there were to each being a penny stock company. I just skimmed it. So this management fight that is going on...can someone confirm?
So basically Desmond is saying Penny was not upfront about her shares and trading and blames Penny for being disingenuous by taking credit of companies doing. Penny on the other hand, is saying she's valuable to the the company, indicating her substantial influence contributing to the well being of the company.
Have I got this right? So which is better? Desmond who is basically pointing fingers and targeting Penny as his argument, which to me is not a good show of character, but does not say much about his contributions to the company? Or Penny, who allegedly is not upfront about herself and tradings of the shares of company (can anyone confirm?), but lays out why she is valuable to the company and her contributions.
Thoughts?
