I’m struggling to understand why they aren’t approaching this more aggressively NOW. At worst you get backlogs for the physicians, which they can easily burn through in the first year or so: nothing like fishing every day in a stocked pond! Are they prohibited from marketing until August (when they are supposed to release some clinical results)? But they’re already marketing by virtue of conferences, contracts, and social media.
