Profitwise SIAF&TRW can do well without the loan, but I am more concerned about cash-flow. Not for TRW, but for SIAF. Once SIAF has solved the cash-flow we should expect (demand) no more dilution, but I fear that SIAFs cash-flow will not be solved before TRW-financing (even though TRW should have more than enough cash to assist SIAF in this matter).
