Delisting can come at any time. Just like SVMI got delisted for being behind in their filigs. Lost money there. CEO was working on getting current, but he fooled around too long and got axed right before he would of been up to date. Sad but True. If it happens you can all but forget your money invested as the odds of getting relisted are low.
