I spoke yesterday with a lawyer from ARCI. Funny thing this guy also works for Live Ventures. Basically got the legal answer of that ARCI Stands By the Geotraq Patent Application. He wouldn't confirm anything other than saying it is "Non Published". He was further not phased by any shareholder concerns in such matters. He further declined to even offer up any copies of the Non-Publication Request form Gregg would have had to have signed and notorized and he also wouldnt even give me the Geotraq "Customer Number" that the USPTO would have assigned.

This is still very fishy...

I asked if the company had any concerns with Patent Infringment in other countries and by being "Non-Published", if this patent application does actually exist, it only would apply to the USA. I further told him AT&T had shut down the 2G Network such devices would operate on and I asked if he thought such developments would mean the IP would have to go under an Asset Impairment Test?

No answers, other than repeating the above position and then implied I was pretty well informed as an investor and we concluded the call.
