Assuming P results are positive the stock price should
move substantially (captain obvious).However, when B ph2
results were positive the stock stood still. My point is
regardless of the result, (for the stock price to move dramatically) there will have to be a partnership or a sale of one of the promising pipelines. If there is no
quick partnership, I see a scenario that the company has no choice but to issue more stock and / or do a reverse split.
If no partnership, I speculate that there may be a 20:1 split,
a dilutive stock issuance and an uplisting to the NASDQ. This would
stabilize the stock and give them the money they need for PH3's.
I am long the stock and dislike the scenario. Looking for some
other thoughts / alternatives.
