I can't for the life of me come up with one good reason to have a NDA continue past the time of closing the sale. Especially for a public company.

Why would the terms of the sale not be released to share holders right away. We are the Company and we just bought a new company to add to our portfolio yet we don't get to know the terms of that purchase?

Makes no sense whatsoever.

COHO - The Company that was sold shouldn't care, they don't own the company anymore.


Also, IF the CEO loaned the company money to make the Acquisition then why no filings yet to show the loan. You can't buy it until you get the loan. Therefore the loan was already given but not disclosed to share holders.
