Yes, I think you are mixing up a few things

By "all fish" you probably are referring to the fish that died in the dam(s?) of AF4 because of the storm - i.e nothing to do with APRAS.

I think you're mixing that incident with the prawns in the APRAS at AF4 that had their growth stunted (after stage 1). Don't think we've had any fish die in the APRAS at AF4 (well, besides the normal mortality).

AF1-3 are still working like a charm it seems.

The system works, although they have issues with scaling it from AF1-3 to AF4. The big question is whether it will work as well outside China (where you can get quite the premium for live seafood), or if APRAS becomes to expensive (it should work in some instances, like smolt, but might prove less flexible than what we experience in China - at least in the West)
