I am sure you can buy with other brokers. Some are a lot more restrictive, but most of these otc stocks are scams anyway. A DTC Chill isn’t really a sign of whether or not a stock is a scam. My concern here would be why did the company wait so long for the retraction and where did all these shares that were dumped come from yesterday. The company or a debt holder must have been behind the PR. I added .0009’s because the SS is still primed for a run and the company is current and has been releasing PR’s monthly.
