There has been nothing but sells into the BID ever since the NEWS hit. I think the lack of information in the PR as to the financing terms of the Acquisition was the problem.

COHO Acquired a CASH POSITIVE Company but what was the cost? No one knows yet because we are stuck waiting for a NDA agreement time period to end and we have no verifiable time line as to when that happens.

COHO - Might as well have waited to announce the Acquisition when they could give all the details. Maybe they still have an ACE up their sleeves!
