"Between Belk's worsening situation, J.C. Penney's renewed turbulence, and Sears' dreadful update, mall fundamentals are deteriorating again.

I've been exiting mall REIT positions since November, when CBL unexpectedly cut its dividend.

With Thursday's sale of my remaining CBL stock, I'm out of the sector entirely.

Don't play the get back to even game with this sort of stock.

Fundamentals are worsening, and it's worth considering taking the loss."
