KALY sure can offer whatever they want and acquire, buy into or merge with any ongoing company. The shell is worth money, and they have PLENTY of shares they can give. Billions. So if a company is willing to do it that way, so be it. We shall see if anything comes from all the spin out there, only time will tell.
