Filing was done in May 30, 2018... So expect shares to convert very soon along with symbol change. This is a certainty.

No wonder MM's were trying their best to cover all week, because they knew CYPE stock was not going to be honored especially if they need to return the borrowed short sell stock. If they are not finished, this might spike tomorrow since the word is out that CYPE is no longer and dissolved.

I hope shareholders of record are protected and transferred over.

Asset valuation still needs to be reported, which if taking into account CYPE had virtually nothing of value and trading on air, Ibeto bringing in millions in rev and assets, I predict that this will HALT in trading and reopen with a new symbol and cusip, also higher PPS based on the new valuation. This will be altered by the amount of shares Issued and Outstanding, which could be less than it is now, creating a BOOM EFFECT!!!

Already we know there is $850,000,000.00 in financing. That is a lot of cash laying around, but let's say they count that as liquid assets... Go figure.

Simple math is OS x .20 = Market Cap

Let's say Ibeto issues 1 Bil OS... and the pricing opens at .75

OS x .75 = Market Cap ($750,000,000.00) or how about opening much higher?

OS x 7.50 = Market Cap... $7,500,000,000.00 and that is just a thought.

Application to NYSE or NASDAQ quite possible imo... but of course, this is jmo and things like that just happens in fairy tales right?
