After seeing the recent data, I'm almost leaning that if 214 is for real, opdivo is an anchor around Nektar's legs.

We'll know soon enough how it performs with Keytruda and with Keytruda's recent report it needs great help in the PD-L1 <50 Lung patient population.

I think the new algorithm will be Chemo for PL-L1 < 50 and Keytruda PD-L1 >50.
