I would think that a reverse split is a bad thing.
If the shares are consolidated 1 for 100. That’s like giving someone 100 pennies for 1 dollar bill. Value does change. Just the image that changes.

However it’s easier to sell 100k shares among 10 people because the the shares are cheaper.

The whole idea is volume and as you can see the volume on this stock has dropped.

I don’t know if holding this stock is going to be easy to sell off when the price is more expensive and volume is low.
