This is a huge red flag. Maybe since he is in ca it may not prevent SVTE from trading , but between Cashman and SVTE he now has 60,000 in fines to pay and you have to ask yourself why? He committed fraud and stole money by lying to an investor. This is the kind of man we just handed our money over too :(. We already saw additional toxic debt issued in February. Now with these fines, he will likely make us foot the bill by issuing more toxic debt to pay for his fraud charges.

The trucking company itself may do good business, but Cashman is actually the problem and is taking value away from the company by his association. He took a revenue generating company and leached on and started issuing toxic debt that far exceeds the revenue.
