I can tell you that the stock falling to this level after the private placement/ dilution has not surprised me at all. I have been looking for around the .15 area since first learning of the dilution. After the .15 area, I had planned to wait for developments OR lack of developments to see where it would go from there. It was mathematical more than anything else and I HAD to make educated assumptions since I'm no insider, lol. I talked to Laura Welsh today and asked some questions; she needs to ask mgmt. first before responding to me.
