Exactly Right! Tommy Boy probably has this all planned out to do the Reverse Split immediately following all of the conversions he can squeeze in to milk the common shareholders as much as possible beforehand. After which the company becomes a much more attractive candidate for a RM. Don’t forget, he already has an ownership position with DPT.
