Because the same thought/narrative that is continuously recycled... even back then, and to look at the current outcome. It does not take a scientist to understand what is going on here. As many others who found out about Carbon Sciences was a sham also, which finally came to its demise shortly after. Also to add regarding Solar3D who was also part of the schemes.

Eventually HYSR will do the same. Others on this board surely know what I am talking about. If you are new, then this is something you should research/investigate. Do your DD... all you gotta do is flip through the pages of the past like on many stocks.
