Yes I am very familiar with t-trades. Very rarely are they similar to the nasdaq when a large BUYER/SELLER is involved as the order is reported after the tape closes in order to avoid largely effecting the pps in one direction or the other...
t-trades reported after hours on the otc however are 99% due to dilution...not all but most

My original point however was the lack of t-trades reported not to mention I have yet to see any large cross trades during the day as well.
